Cellphone Chargers In Public Places

I swear these days it should be this easy, no matter where you are, to charge your phone. This particular outlet was at the airport. I needed to charge my phone in the worst way and low and behold there was a USB charger. I've been at restaurants before with the same problem wishing there were a charger in the middle of the table, underneath it or somewhere close by but it didn't happen.

Can I submit my request for this to be a 'thing' everywhere I go? lol Where have you been that you may have seen chargers for the public to use?
