Would You Take A Job That Did Not Allow You To Use Your Cellphone?

According to a recent survey, 60% of workers between the ages of 18-34 say they would quit their job if they couldn't use their smart phones at work, specifically for personal use and social media. Are you kidding me? When I got my first job, thank goodness, cell phones were barely becoming a thing. Do you know of anyone who actually has done this? I am actually happy when I hear businesses, especially restaurants, do not allow cellphones while on the clock. How frustrating is it to be at a restaurant, fast food or otherwise and someone be on their phone? Would you quit your job if you were not allowed to use your cellphone?
