Best Chili I’ve Ever Had

Where have you been my whole life? I tried some of the best chili I have literally ever had in my life over the weekend. (And trust, I never thought anyone could top my momma's chili) This is brisket chili. As the owner explained, they ground up their brisket where it looks like hamburger meat and thus the masterpiece you see here. 

So tasty and to be honest, if I would not have seen it on the menu, I would never have known it was brisket chili, just some really good chili! As a total brisket lover, if you ever have the chance to try 'brisket chili,' I highly recommend you do so.
