People for the most part stick to the normal things on V-Day. Picking out the perfect bouquet, maybe a card, sometimes a candy, or a cute little gift. Then you usually go on a cute date with your special person.

For people who don't have a Valentine or just don't like the holiday, they usually go to an anti-Valentine's Day event or do something with just their friends.

Whether you fall in one of these categories or neither, there is an event happening this week that has a spot for every type of V-Day person.

(Anti) Valentine's Day Cabaret, For...or Against

Join Odessa College Theater for a night of love, or anti-love.

The first annual (Anti) Valentine's Day Cabaret will begin with Visual Arts, including paintings, photographs, and objects, for the community to enjoy.

After enjoying some amazing art, the stage will be next. Local artists will be able to express themselves through music, singing, storytelling, poems, dances, and any other form that best fits them.

The purpose of the Cabaret is to bring the Odessa/Midland community together through exploration, creativity, and passion for a thing called love.

When and Where?

The (Anti) Valentine's Day Cabaret will be on February 14, 2025, the day of love.

The event will be at the Globe of the Great Southwest at 2308 Shakespeare Road in Odessa from 7 - 9 PM.

Whether you come alone, with a date, or with your friends this FREE event will def be one to remember.
