Parents, there are not many days left in the school year. Wow! Where did the year go? It flew by. I know as parents, we are counting down the days to hear, 'I'm bored,' while our little ones are counting down to summer freedom! Staying up late, sleeping all day, pool days, sleepovers, outdoor activities and fun!

In the last few months, the Permian Basin has celebrated several young, talented athletes for their hard work and achievements that have without a doubt garnered the attention of the nation. Worldwide even, as Bryce Hoppel and Natalie Hinds just competed in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics making everyone in the 432 beyond proud! Then, there is Abraham Ancer...

If you are looking to fill your kids summer schedule, here is something else you can get them signed up for. Legit I am that mom. If there is a camp, be it VBS, some sort of camp through the school or local gym, I'm the first one to throw it out, 'take all of my money!' Keep my kids busy for the summer so they won't start complaining that there is nothing to do.

Looking for something to do in the 4-3-2? These days there is always something going on and this particular one is a family event. Odessa College will be having their 35th Annual Odessa College Wrangler Rodeo! The rodeo began Thursday and will continue today and tomorrow beginning at 7 p.m. at the Ector County Coliseum.

It's time for College For Kids at Odessa College! On June 19th-22nd, kids entering the 6th grade through those entering 9th can sign up for this all-day college experience. From 8:00 a.m.-5 p.m. there will be fun activities throughout the week...

It is almost Spring Break, what to do with the kiddos? If you are staying in town this Spring Break, rest assured there is still plenty for the kids to do. How about letting them 'runamuckus?' Odessa College is having a Spring Break camp for kids ages 6-12, the week of Spring Break March 13-17th.
