Workout At Midnight? Who Does This?
Why am I like this? To gym or not to gym...that is the question? Actually no it's not. WHEN to go to the gym is the question? Which are you....the wake up at the crack of dawn and get in your workout early, before work and school person or do you wait until quitting time, then hit the gym before dinner and bedtime?
I seem to have the most energy at night. Like late at night. I do alot of cardio from home and find myself after 10 pm getting in a good workout sesh. I know that many gyms stay open round-the-clock for a reason, I've legit heard of people working out at midnight. Which type are you? Early morning or late night like yours truly?
