So there is a reason I quit making New Years resolutions years ago. Because I don't keep them. I'm the worst at saying I'm going to do something and not doing it. It's like my brain says, do the opposite, do the opposite. Therefore, instead of resolutions I 'challenge' myself. I have to call it something different to psych myself out. Weird I know. But it tends to work for me.
Since gyms have been closed for quite some time, I have to say I'm extremely impressed with what I've seen friends, family and celebrities do for exercise from home. We have all had to improvise and get creative and I've legit stolen a couple of ideas.
Where are all my homeschooling momma's at? Ladies (and gents too), you're rockin it! In case no one has told you today, here is my encouraging message. 'You're doing amazing sweetie.' (In my best Kris Jenner voice). HOWEVER, I don't know about you, but this momma needs to social distance herself from the fridge! I have never cooked, eaten and even snacked so much in my entire life! I know you all
Why am I like this? To gym or not to gym...that is the question? Actually no it's not. WHEN to go to the gym is the question? Which are you....the wake up at the crack of dawn and get in your workout early, before work and school person or do you wait until quitting time, then hit the gym before dinner and bedtime?
