Work Toilet Looks Scary

It's never good to come in from the weekend and find your work toilet looking like this. It's obvious that something went wrong over the weekend. But, why cover it up with a trash bag. I mean this thing is secure and wrapped like crazy. What the heck? And, do you want to be the first to uncover this thing? Who knows what lies underneath the trash bag? LOL
