Today is Robert Englund's birthday. Who is Robert Englund? He was the object of many of my nightmares growing up, that's who he is! lol Robert AKA Freddy Krueger was the actor who played the monster in the Nightmare on Elm Street movies.

That green and red striped sweater and razor hands haunted me for years. When I was little, Nightmare on Elm Street was the very first scary movie I ever watched. 'One, two Freddy's coming for you.....' For those of you that are not familiar with that song, take a listen and see if you don't get spooked.
