It's probably not going to be a surprise that Barbeque is the most popular type of food truck in Texas. WorkWise recently did a study and found that yep, BBQ is tops in Texas. I mean in general I'm sure BBQ tops the list for any kind of food not just food trucks. We love our BBQ in Texas.
