the HUMIDITY! Omg, I quickly discovered that the humidity where I was, is not my friend! I didn't even bother combing my hair most days, lots of hat days, make-up? Why bother. lol I had been warned not to put lotion on because that would only make matters worse. That was no lie! The second you walk outdoors, that humidity hits you like a ton of bricks! Sticky and icky. This (pictured) is how we survived. Thanks to a friend who was also on the trip and her nifty fans. Loved the trip but I've never appreciated triple digit dry heat in Texas so much in my life! lol
