Traffic Alert! These 2 NEW RAMPS on Loop 250 Are Finally Now Open In Midland!

Yes, all of us who drive here in Midland know what a mess the Loop 250 and Highway 191 area have been for the past year or so! It's been insane. Well, finally there is some relief to this mass project. This week, 2 NEW ramps just opened up. These ramps are brand new and have never existed until now. And, yes they are now open!

• RAMP #1 - ON RAMP ONTO LOOP 250 HEADING SOUTH!

This ON RAMP is now open. This ramp gets you onto Loop 250 heading SOUTH right off the Loop 250 frontage road looking at Highway 191. This will take you to the Thomason Exit.  This ramp takes you over Highway 191 heading south. Getting on the ramp will let you bypass the H-E-B/ Sam's area on Highway 191.

• RAMP #2 - OFF RAMP ONTO WADLEY!

This OFF RAMP is now open on Loop 250 heading north. This is the new WADLEY EXIT. It will take you all the way to Wadley.  This exit also gets you to Cracker Barrel, Ashley Furniture, Rooms To Go, Kohls's, and more. This is a new addition and new exit for Loop 250. This exit is immediately when you come down the Highway 191 overpass heading north.

These ramps should help with the traffic issues that are happening in these areas around Loop 250 and Highway 191. This is a WELCOME addition to Loop 250 as it helps us get around. The construction continues in the area as there are more RAMPS to come, but it's good to see that we are getting closer to getting everything done.
