This right here is what the world needs a lot more of these days. I cannot with the cuteness. So my little one lost a tooth earlier this week and obviously baby teeth are teeny tiny so she was afraid the tooth fairy would not see it under her pillow.

Unbeknownst to me, she decided to take matters into her own hands. I found this Post It she left explaining the 'situation.' I don't know what's cuter, the fact that she thought to do this, or that she is only asking for a 'doller.' lol

I'm telling you right now back in my day, (in my best grandma voice) the tooth fairy was not as generous as I would have liked for her to be. I was always super excited to lose a tooth because I was hoping for a dollar or two but the tooth fairy was thinking in terms of cents. Like I think the most I got for a tooth as a kid was 50 cents. Dang tooth fairy what can I buy with 2 quarters? Smh.

Fortunately, due to inflation I'm sure, today's tooth fairy is fairly generous. My child was thrilled to wake up the morning after leaving the tooth and the note to find $5 under her pillow! Now that's what I'm talking about.

Just FYI, kids, parents, notes are accepted by the tooth fairy in lieu of a tooth and I think that $5 or certainly more are acceptable per tooth these days. Hope this story put a smile on your face made your Friday a little better! TGIF!
