The Professional Bull Riders To Host PBR Chevron Showdown In Odessa, Texas

This June, the Ector County Coliseum in Odessa, Texas, is gearing up to be flooded with bulls, cowboys, and rodeo clowns.   The PBR Chevron Showdown is coming to town, and we couldn't be more excited.

One team in particular, the Ariat Texas Rattlers, is competing in the PBR Chevron Showdown this June.  Led by bull riding legend Cody Lambert, the team made a name for themselves back in 2023 when they solidified the team as a premier bull riding faction in the sport by clinching the PBR Team Series World Championship.

The June Odessa show seems to be a prolific stop on the tour this season.  The Ariat Texas Rattlers will be competing alongside the Odessa College Wranglers Rodeo Team in a team bull riding format.

I had an opportunity to sit down with Coach Bradley Oleson and GM Chad Blankenship of the Ariat Texas Rattlers to talk about the team, the current season, the tour, and their stop in Odessa, Texas set for June 2025.
