Guess Which Christmas Song Texans Love But The Rest Of America Hates
I'm sure you and everyone around have been blaring their Christmas music as soon as the clock hit midnight on November 29th. Everyone is deep in the Christmas spirit right now. You can tell because everywhere you go you hear Christmas music.
I hate when I hear a Christmas song at a store because it gets stuck in my head all day long, or until I hear the next one. While most Christmas songs can get annoying by the time the day comes, there are a few that I consider my favorite.
While googling some of my favorite holiday songs, I came across the list of the most popular Christmas songs in each state. Let's look into what Texans consider their favorite.
TEXAS' MOST POPULAR FAVORITE SONG
FinanceBuzz used Google Trends to find the most popular Christmas song in every state and it did not disappoint. I want to apologize beforehand because after reading about these songs you going to have one stuck in your head.
The most popular song with Texans is "Feliz Navidad". It is also the most popular Christmas song in Florida. Bonus Fun Fact! The most popular song in the United States is "Jingle Bells", originally written in 1850.
MOST ANNOYING CHRISTMAS SONGS
While collecting the information for the most popular songs, FinanceBuss asked the US what their least favorite Christmas song was.
I agree with number one which is "All I Want For Christmas Is You" by Mariah Carey. Coming in second is "The Chipmunk Song". Number three also did not surprise me but may offend some Texans. It was "Feliz Navidad"!
