I am that mom. The mom that doesn't feel the need to drag my kids up and down every single house in our neighborhood just to see how much candy my kids can get. It's not a contest for me. I would rather visit family and close friends and grab a few things and head back home and order pizza and watch fun Halloween movies or something.

Halloween is manana and if you are a parent with trick-or-treaters like myself, you're mentally preparing yourself for the pounds of candy your littles are going to attempt to collect. lol

Is trick-or-treating still a thing? If you have kids, do you still take them door-to-door for candy? I remember when I was little, my parents would let me hit up our neighborhood and maybe the block in front of and behind us in search of candy.....but are those days over?
