What movies are you looking forward to?

Ok what gives? I swear every single damn time I go to the movies one thing in particular happens. You know the convenience of getting to pick your seats now, the VERY reason we love going to Cinergy because no matter how early or late you get there, your seat is already designated. Love it! So simple. Well not for me.....

You ever look back at certain 'scary' movies that you watched when you were younger and think to yourself now, omg that wasn't even scary but it freaked my freak back in the day! lol There is one movie imparticular that scared the crap out of me as a kid that now I think wow, really? That movie is Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds. In my defense, it is an Alfred Hitchcock movie!

I have several favorite holiday movies. Strangely enough, it wasn't until this year that I realized that Home Alone was considered a holiday movie. I watched 1 and 2 with my brother at least a million times when I was a kid. That was year round...

I love this time of year for a number of reasons but top on my list is the CHRISTMAS MOVIES! I'm not going to lie, there are certain movies that I will stop anything I'm doing to watch. A few that I can think of off the top of my head....

I saw this poster yesterday at The Tilted Kilt and it brought back not so good memories. Let me explain....this movie, Gangs of New York, is the ONLY movie I hated so much that I walked out in the middle of it in the theater!

I love great movies as much as the next guy but like most people, I don't always get to see all the ones I intend to. I can't tell you how many times I've seen a preview and said, "On man! I need to see that!" only to let life happen and forget all about it...

New Year, new movies! There are a couple of movies coming out this year that I know a lot of people are looking forward to watching, especially me! It's been a decade since we first learned of Nemo and Dory but finally, after much pleading from the public, the sequel to Finding Nemo, 'Finding Dory' will drop on June 17th.
