No matter where you go in Midland-Odessa, there is never any shortage of people saying that there is nothing to do here.  I wholeheartedly disagree, I have seen first-hand some of the cool or unique things that have come into town or events thrown by locals. Movies In The Park Aims To Entertain

One of the great things about warmer weather is that it allows us to be outside.  While a night in may sound alluring to some, to others, being outside is equally important.  The city of Midland is proud to present the Movies in the Park series and its triumphant return for 2025.  The city offers free movie screenings under the Texas stars for the general public to enjoy.

Each screen begins at 8:00 PM at their respective venue and usually runs until around 10:30 PM.  The films themself are family-friendly, so this would be a perfect evening to enjoy with the kids or on a date night.  This is also a great way to experience some of the community that the people of Midland, Texas, have to offer.

Again, this is just a prime example of one of the many things to do while living or visiting the area.  There are things to do, you just have to know where to look.
