I don't know what I would do without Amazon. The older I have gotten the more I want to avoid going to actual stores. Some of the things I have ordered from the online store are embarrassing. One time I ran out of shampoo and was so lazy that I ordered more on Amazon for next-day delivery.

To say Amazon is convenient would be an understatement. Everything you need is at your fingertips. This is amazing, except when your 7-year-old learns how to get "free" toys from mom's phone.

Amazon has some amazing features that make online shopping easier but they have announced that one will soon go away.

AMAZON "TRY BEFORE YOU BUY"

The "Try Before You Buy" options will no longer exist on the Amazon site. Customers will no longer be able to order an item to try at home before you buy it. One key factor in getting rid of this service is the limited number of items that can be used with this feature.

AI also has a part in the axing of "try before you buy".  Amazon has launched 4 AI-powered services to help with size and fit for online shoppers. The retail giant offers virtual try-ons, personalized size recommendations, review highlights, and improved size charts.

You still have time to give "Try Before You Buy" one more spin around the block. The service won't be phased out until January 31st, 2025. Though Amazon is tossing "Try Before You Buy", their seamless return process will still be the same.

Thank Goodness!
