Ok this isn't good. I have to say in the last two weeks I have seen 2 accidents where clearly the driver was distracted.....by TEXTING. On 42nd street earlier this week, there was a person beside me who I saw texting and driving and before my very eyes slammed into the back of a vehicle, which caused a chain reaction. It was that moment that you know something bad is about to happen, yet you can't do a thing about it.

Well according to this new report, Midland County is one of the worst counties for distracted driving, and Ector County has seen the biggest increase in distracted driving crashes. Out of 254 Texas counties, Ector County has the biggest increase in distracted driving-related accidents.
