Twin Peaks had humble beginnings. It was founded in 2005 by restaurateur Randy DeWitt, who wanted to have a lodge-style environment that served great food and ice-cold beer. It did not take long for the brand to become popular. The beer selection, along with made-from-scratch food, a generous selection of TVs that played sporting events, and of course, the apparel of the waitstaff, was the right combination that helped skyrocket its popularity.
