Odessa Man Rants About Motorcyclists on Facebook (PHOTO)

What’s your opinion on this? How does this even make sense? He will watch out for bikes only on weekends because they’re “recreational vehicles”?

Let’s just say for one second that his line of thinking on that is correct. (which it’s not) The last time I checked, not everyone has weekends off so you don’t know when they’re using a vehicle for recreational reasons. Not to mention that everyone should have something they do recreational daily in order to unwind and keep from going insane during the work week.

The last time I checked, riding a motorbike was pretty damn relaxing and therapeutic. I wish to the heavens I still had mine. Unfortunately, someone who thought the exact same way this guy does is the I don’t have a bike anymore.

There is NOTHING on this planet more good for the soul than a small stretch of highway, a nice cool evening, and a relaxing ride daily. I would give anything to ride again but unfortunately life happens and I haven’t been able to get my hands on another one yet. People like this are all over. Not just on this subject. If you find yourself so jaded in life that you refuse to practice a simple courtesy that can save peoples lives then maybe you need to take a good long look at yourself in the mirror. I’m betting you don’t like what stares back at you.
