Male Co-Worker Gives Female Co-Worker Gift – Leo and Rebecca Buzz Question

Leo and Rebecca Buzz Question- Had Office Christmas party this past weekend and we did a Gift Exchange. We all picked names and such. Well, one of the lady co-workers drew my name and gave me a present. BUT, so did a MALE co-worker. I don't know know why he gave me a present since he didnt draw my name. No biggie, it's cool but, should I tell my husband??????
