• Where: Big Spring, Texas...24th and travel down Scurry to 4th Street

•SAT DEC 3RD PARADE OF LIGHTS -  ODESSA, TX

The Parade of Lights is an awesome tradition for the City of Odessa. There is a MARKET, Lighted Parade, and letters to Santa event.
