Lamesa Man Arrested For Making Terroristic Threat

Yesterday, a post began circulating on social media that a 'shooter was on his way to Midland from Lamesa.' The authorities received several calls about the post and immediately sprung into action...

an investigation began and the Midland County Sheriff's Office and Texas Department of Public Safety was able to obtain an arrest warrant for the Lamesa man. He was arrested for making a terroristic threat and was booked into Midland County Jail. The investigation is still ongoing.
