Is This Going To Be A Whataburger?

Ok I don't end up on this side of town often but the other day I was in the area and was shocked to discover the demolition of one of my faves! What is going on here with this Whataburger on Andrews Hwy. in Odessa? I agree that yes it may have needed a little facelift but no one asked me. lol 

I kid, I kid. But seriously, I have no problem, as long as a new and improved Whataburger is going up in its place! Is this the case? Does anyone know? And while we are on the subject, are there any others being taken down with the intention of rebuilding? Inquiring minds want to know....

Sidenote:It's been a couple of weeks since I drove past this location, it may be halfway up by now.
