Let me cue up the THONG song right about now! Yes, SUMMER 2023 is heating up TEXAS this summer and it's time to hit the beach, Swimming Pools, or heck just lay out and grab some rays. So what do you do? You grab your swimsuits and hit it up. But, what if your swimsuit is a THONG? Yep, you know the G- String looking things that pretty much leave the BUTT CHEEKS out and exposed. Are those legal to wear in TEXAS?

While looking up this information it seems that thong swimsuits are legal in public in almost every state including Texas. But, here's the deal,  they are not legal in every municipality or jurisdiction in every state. So, you need to check the jurisdiction you are in. It pretty much is a Yes and No answer but you need to be careful about where you wear it and in what situation.
