The definition of a 'push present' is a present a partner (baby daddy) gives to the mother to mark the occasion of her giving birth to their child. The present may be given before or after the birth or even in the delivery room.

I never even knew such a thing existed, but now that apparently it's become more of a trend, time to get to shoppin. I think the gift should be something to do with baby like a mother's ring or necklace, or something with your children's names on it. Those types of gifts are awesome and let 'baby mama' know that you put some thought and effort into the gift. After all, she carried your child for 9 months.
