Hands Off That Burger!

So we know in some states, texting while driving is illegal, talking on your cellphone, same thing, you could end up with a pretty hefty fine if you get caught.

Now there are certain parts of the country trying to ban EATING while driving. My question is, how do you even know if I'm eating? Obviously, if we are doing anything with our celly's we are either looking down or have the phone to our ear, but I wouldn't think eating would be as noticeable?

Or if I hit up my usual happy hour vanilla coke from Sonic, are you just going to assume I have food too because I have a drink in hand? Not sure as to how this would work, nor did I realize eating posed such a problem. I can eat fries without taking my eyes off the road. What do you think? Should eating be the next thing we should be banned from doing while driving?
