Halloween in Midland will never be the same again.

Midland is getting a major dose of Atlanta energy this Halloween as Gucci Mane headlines a massive outdoor concert at The Tailgate (4401 N Big Spring St.) on Friday, October 31.

The event promises to be one of the biggest Halloween celebrations West Texas has seen, mixing live music, cash prizes, themed drinks, and plenty of costumes under the Midland night sky.

Gucci Mane's performance in Midland presents a unique opportunity for local fans, who typically must travel to Dallas or Houston to attend concerts of this magnitude.

Luckily for us, it's happening right here in Midland at the Tailgate!

The Halloween event at The Tailgate will commence at 6:00 PM and is open to individuals aged 18 and over.

Attendees between the ages of 18 and 20 will be subject to a $10 minor surcharge at the door; admittance will be denied to those under the age of 18.

General admission tickets are priced at $40 initially, increasing to $50 the week of the event and $60 on the day.

Pre-Show Entertainment

Guests can also take part in a pre-show basketball shot contest and a costume competition with serious cash on the line.

  • $1,000 for first place
  • $750 for second place
  • $500 for third place

The night will feature Halloween-themed drinks, local food trucks, and a clear-bag, no-re-entry policy. The event runs rain or shine, and tickets are non-refundable.
