These older workers who are reliable, qualified and skilled are good role models with a good work ethic for younger workers. 

Experience Works provides paid job training through local public and non-profit organizations. You can update your skills, which increases your chances of finding a good job! Be sure to visit, on any Monday, at 10:00 a.m. Workforce Solutions in Midland located at the Midland College Campus or any Tuesday at the same time in Midland at The Centennial Public Library, 2503 W.
