We know exercising, eating right and not smoking is good for you. But who knew doing some every day things that might be uncomfortable might be good for you too?

We would have never thought that any of these 4 things would be good for you.

Like 'Dressing up for work'.  It might help your posture.  According to at least one expert, you're more likely to stand or sit up straight when you're wearing nice clothes. Who knew?
