Does the 432 have Big City traffic?

So if you have driven in the 432 anytime in the past year you probably have noticed an increase in waiting at lights, waiting at stop signs, waiting at on and off ramps; pretty much just WAITING? Now, this wasn't the case say 2 years ago. And, yes we know there's been an influx of people and now we just have more people using the roads. Heck, even the parking lots are full. So, now that we have all this traffic the question is do we have BIG CITY traffic here in the 432? And, if so what if anything are the city's going to do about this? Until then, I will wait at this traffic light .
