Do You Do Something Special For Valentine’s Day?

According to an aye aye new survey, only 51% of people will do anything or even acknowledge today, Valentine's Day. Surprising but true. My question is, do you do something special with or for your boo on this lover's day? 

I don't think I have ever NOT done anything on Valentine's Day. It is a day to celebrate your love for your significant other. Who wouldn't want to be part of that, no matter how big or small? Do you celebrate Valentine's Day and if so, how? Lunch, dinner, card, candy, flowers, gifts?
