Just came across this and you know it's going to be crazy!

The Midland Fire Department is going to be hosting a Strong Man/Woman competition on Saturday from 9:00AM-1:00PM at Heroes Fitness at 4400 N. Midland Drive.

It's helping MFD's Community Risk Reduction program. The guys and girls will have three timed events and you can either try solo or go as a team.

They say the challenge will consist of pulling a 50,000- lb. fire truck 50 ft., flipping a 550-pound tire 50 ft. and dragging a 200-pound mannequin 50 ft.

The Strong Woman Challenge will consist of pulling a 12,000-pound fire truck 25 ft., flipping a 150-pound tire 25 ft., and dragging a 75-pound mannequin 25 ft.
