It's time to take the short drive to my hometown of Andrews Texas. I'm serious! In case you were not aware, there is a tradition in Andrews and it's been around for several years. Andrews Christmas Lights are something everyone, including those from surrounding areas MUST experience at least once! It is most definitely a Christmas tradition for our family now. I even know of several friends and co-workers that make the drive to Andrews because I've told them about it.

Andrews Christmas Lights are located at 301 NW Ave. D and runs weeknights until 10 p.m. Saturday and Sunday until 11 pm. The show will continue until New Years Eve, so you have plenty of time to check it out. Expect the light show to last at least a half hour while set to music. We actually were able to go check it out last night. We loaded up the family with hot chocolate and went and parked to enjoy the display. If you've heard of it and have never been, this is the year to go because you can socially distance by sitting in your vehicle, program your radio to the station it tells you to and enjoy!

This computerized light show synchronized to music is completely free but there is a donation box on location that you may donate to. All donations go to local charities. Local volunteers also give out free hot chocolate and cookies some nights.
