Anytime I visit a big city I eat at some of my very favorite establishments that we do not have in Midland or Odessa. I always think as I'm stuffing my face, why can't we have them back home? Midland-Odessa has grown exponentially, there's really no good reason.

So check out my top 3 favorites that I think should be here already and see if you agree?

THREE RESTAURANTS THAT I WISH WE HAD IN MIDLAND/ODESSA:

IN-N-OUT BURGER

Hear me out, I get it. I know Whataburger is a religion here in Texas and I am 100% on board but can a girl get options? I.love.my.In-N-Out. At midnight before heading home for the night it hits different. A cheeseburger combo with no onions and a chocolate shake for me, a double-double all the way, a vanilla shake, and a root beer for my honey. Check out the menu here.

BABE'S CHICKEN DINNER HOUSE

If you have not hit up Babe's Chicken for some fried chicken, have you even lived? Hits the spot every time. You choose how many pieces of fried chicken, chicken fried steak, and chicken tenders you want and they come through with the sides. Mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, green beans, a salad with dressing that is to die for, and some biscuits. I cannot. We need Babe's in Midland-Odessa! Here are their menu options.

PAPPASITO'S CANTINA

Check out the photo of the plate I ordered, a little bit of everything, this particular plate off the menu is delicious! Check out the massive taco, it's not your average taco that's for sure. The enchiladas are so good, and the rice, and charro beans, love it all!

Or if you are a fajita lover, the beef fajitas are my favorite item on the menu. Throw in a couple of shrimp brochettes and I may never leave. The tortillas are homemade, the queso is fabulous, can you tell I love this place? Check out their massive menu.
