Every year around this time, Barbara Walters makes her list and checks it twice. The Most Fascinating People for that year. In this case, obviously the year 2013.

This list is an elite group of people who did something noteworthy, scandalous or made noise this year. A few of the names on the list are Jennifer Lawrence, Miley Cyrus, Robin Roberts, Pope Francis...all names that we recognize and know who they are, what they are about and what they represent. Crazy enough even Kim and Kanye made it on the list, but the big question is....who will be #1 on the list? That is what we look forward to finding out every year.
