Where Can I Find These Things For My 3 Year Old?

Hey momma's I need some help! Specifically mom's with little girl's. My 3 year old daughter recently started preschool and I'm quickly discovering that we don't have enough frilly socks and hairbows!

Just when you think you've got every color of the rainbow of each, wrong!

I remember back in the day there was a store in the Midland mall that had everything and reasonably priced but it's no longer there and at the time I didn't have my daughter yet. I'm looking for a place that's not going to break the bank and I have to pay $20 for one pair of socks ladies, little girl's are already expensive enough. I know my chica's will help me out, that's why I'm asking for some suggestions? Where in the 4-3-2 can I find what I'm looking for?
