What's Your Favorite THANKSGIVING Dinner Side?

Hands down my favorite side during Thanksgiving Dinner is Green Bean Casserole. Love it! Surprisingly, mashed potatoes are not even in my to three. What is it about the sides at Thanksgiving dinner?
