Throwback Thursday: Who Remembers Banana Clips?

It's Throwback Thursday! A couple of weeks ago I blogged about something that was near and dear to my childhood, jelly shoes. lol 

Now, as I take a trip a little further down memory lane I am reminiscing about 'banana clips.' Is that really what they were called? lol Am I the only one that had one in every color? I always felt like my hair looked so pretty in a banana clip. lol However, I remember constantly having to 'fix it' in my hair because it would slide out, otherwise I would have a low hanging chongo or ponytail. lol Great memories! Did you have or use banana clips back in the day?
