Texas Teacher Accidently Serves Students Alcohol
Being a school teacher is not an easy job, especially in Texas. This role plays a significant part in shaping and molding the minds of our children, and parents should have the utmost trust in the school districts that hire these individuals. Right?

Alcohol In School
One teacher in San Antonio, Texas, is in some pretty hot water when she accidentally served alcohol to students last week on the final day of school. The incident happened at Pease Middle School, located in North San Antonio. The NISD school district officials say the special needs teacher inadvertently served five students from three different classrooms Mountain Dew Hard Seltzers. The beverage contains 5% alcohol by volume (ABV). It contains zero caffeine, no added sugar, 2.2g of total carbs, and is 100 calories per 12-oz serving.
Aftermath
Once the situation was realized, the students were taken to the school nurse, and parents were informed. Officials believe that this was a genuine accident and that the teacher did not intentionally and or maliciously serve the minors alcoholic beverages. One student who was said to have taken cough syrup earlier that morning was taken to the hospital. Understandably so, parents were not happy about the incident. It is still unclear at the moment what will become of the teacher or her future with the school district.
