heartburn

Uggggghhh is how I felt this morning walking into work. You ever have one of those mornings where you wake up with major heartburn? That was me this morning and with no Tums or Rolaids in sight, I just remembered my mom would always say, 'drink a Coke, it will help you burp.' lol

The struggle is real sometimes. My momma always told me that apple cider vinegar has many uses and is helpful for certain ailments. Well thankfully, I sure did discover one of its uses recently. I get a lot of heartburn. Got it through all 3 of my pregnancies and never really went away.

Time for a preggers update from Ms.Cruz! 7 months now and counting....feeling good, growing belly, active baby girl BUT ladies, what is almost every pregnant woman's worst nightmare?
