Rule #1 Of Being A Cymbal Player In Band; Don’t DROP the Cymbals!

My favorite part of school for me was playing the drums since 5th grade. And, yes at one point I played the every popular Hand Cymbals. These are the cymbals you hold on to and grip with both hands with one in each hand. I can remember dropping these suckers as well. It was rule number one that the last thing you ever wanted to do was to drop them.

So, I feel for this kid BUT I salute him as he salutes on as well. If you've ever been in band , you can feel his pain and embarrassment but you can also applaud his reaction.
