Neighbor from Hell

Wow! Can you say 'neighbor from hell?' This guy is mental, angry and needs to move! Why have they not kicked him out of the neighborhood? I don't think I have ever had such a neighbor.

The most I've ever had to deal with is a neighbor's trash in my yard, a barking dog, someone parking their car in front of my home, or a yard that desperately needs to be mowed when my looks presentable. Aren't these the typical neighborhood 'issues?' This guy with his eggs, throwing rocks through windshields, nails in the driveway.....really needs to be psychologically evaluated, because he obviously has ANGER ISSUES! What do you think? Have you ever had a crazy neighbor that has taken it too far? And what would you do if this guy lived on your block?
