Meet ECHO Man; Guy Is Able To Echo Everything He Says [VIDEO]

So why would you want to sound like an ECHO all the time? Well, of course for attention.And, trust your gonna get it. Check out this waiter who has perfected the talent of making himself sound like everything he says is an echo.  I use to try to do this with a stand up fan. Remember doing that as a kid? I would get up close to the fan and speak into while it was on the high setting. This gut obviously doesn't need the fan. So, how long before this gets annoying? LOL
