Lion King Just As Good As The Original

Okay, Disney finally got it right. It's been a tough year as far as Disney taking their classics and making 'live-action' movies from them.

'Dumbo'--FAILED

'Aladdin'- FAILED

'The Lion King' - Yes, SUCCESS

So why does 'Lion King' work? Because, they didn't change up that much. Look, the reason we love the originals is because we love them the way they are. Don't re-tell a story and change it up. Tell us the story we all love and that's exactly what happens with the Lion King. The characters, the music is all there. There are some little changes here and there , but 95% of the movie is the same and that's good!

In fact, the last 20 minutes of the new Lion King is even better than the original.

Way to go Disney! The Lion King rocks and this is how you do a remake!
