This McDonald's location went down this past June . And, 5 months later it's back and newly improved and ready to go! You can't miss a McDonald's. The 'Golden Arches' always give one away. And, while the ACHES never left the old McDonalds at this location, the rest of the building was demolished. This McDonald's location is now home to a new design and the crew is ready for you!.

The McDonald's at 42nd street in Odessa re-opened on November 15, 2023. New building, new design, same great eats!
• NEW DRIVE-THRU IS AND NOW SIDE BY SIDE!
If you used to frequent the old McDonalds that used to be at this location one of the biggest things you will notice is that the DRIVE-thru has been enhanced. Instead, of one line, there are now 2 ORDERING stations like most new McDonalds designs have.
• NO MORE PARKING NEXT TO BUILDING NEAR DRIVE-THRU
And if you remember the old design, there used to be parking next to the building where the drive-thru was. That old design actually used to 'trap' your car in the parking space until the drive thru line went away. That is NO LONGER a thing with this new design.
