Is This Commercial TOO Sexy For Superbowl?

The Superbowl is a week away and we are already getting glimpses at some of the commercials that will be running. Kate Upton has a new Mercedes Benz commercial that will run on Superbowl Sunday.

Well, a parents group has caught a glimpse of it and says its too SEXY / RACY for TV and the Superbowl. It's basically Kate Upton overseeing some footballers washing a Mercedez Benz.

I honestly have seen racier commercials and actually think this one isn't all that.

What do you think? Is it too racy for the Superbowl.
