Can I say that as an adult there are certain things that I ponder more than I ever have? Like things I do now that I never would have done in my 20s or vice versa. Sometimes I wonder if I have been doing certain things wrong my entire life and no one bothered to correct me because truly I did not know any better.

For example, during a traffic stop, you follow the rules and do as you're told by the officer that pulled you over right? In the event I've ever been pulled over, I get nervous as if it is the very first time it's happened to me. However, there is one thing that I have often wondered about a routine traffic stop.

CAN AN OFFICER FORCE YOU TO ROLL YOUR WINDOW ALL THE WAY DOWN WHEN YOU GET PULLED OVER?

Yes and no. Technically the officer that pulled you over must request that you do so. If you hear the words please roll your window all the way down, you better do it.

Personally, I've never paid attention as to whether or not this has ever been requested of me and I'm not willing to take one for the team by getting pulled over on purpose to find out. Now how about this question while we are on the subject.

IF YOU ARE BLARING THE MUSIC FROM YOUR RADIO ARE YOU REQUIRED TO TURN IT DOWN?

Same answer. If the officer feels the music is too loud to communicate with you he/she may request that you turn down your radio and you must comply.

This is what one Texas attorney has to say about it on TikTok:
